Course

Vrinda school of yoga provides you 200 hours of training course consists of theory and practical classes in the basics of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with knowledge of all contemporary styles of yoga.

Here, you can learn the innermost real essence of yoga which is mentioned in the traditional books, Vedas, Bhagvat Gita, Puranas, Upanishads, and how yoga got modified into different styles and all contemporary styles of yoga.

You can learn all yoga styles includes traditional ancient styles and different modern techniques of asanas (poses), pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Yogic diet along with cooking demonstration.

200 hours, 28 days of certificate course of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with applied anatomy and physiology of yoga, adjustment and alignment, asanas sequencing, Vinyasa flow along with meals for three times per day and 27 nights of accommodation.

After the completion of the course, the students will get their completion certificate. They can start their own yoga center, give yoga therapy for the public.
